Report a candidate

Two short steps. Say what happened, then add your details. We turn it into a statute-cited complaint you print, sign, and file with APOC. Fields marked * are required.

1 · What happened2 · Your details

1 · Who are you reporting?

The candidate, committee, lobbyist, or public official you believe broke the rules. Start typing a candidate's name and pick them from the list.

APOC requires the respondent's address, and you have to send them a copy of the complaint. If they're a candidate or group, it's on their APOC filings.

2 · What did they do?

Pick the area, choose what happened, then describe it in your own words. Add another count if there's more than one.

3 · Evidence (optional)

Point to the report, filing, screenshot, or document that backs up each allegation.

PDF, JPG or PNG. Up to 5 files, 10 MB each. They become lettered exhibits and are public with the complaint. Personal details in them are not removed. Files are not kept if you leave this page.

4 · What should APOC do? (optional)

Staff investigates either way. Say only what they should look at.
