File a complaint

One form. We'll turn it into a proper, statute-cited complaint and give you a copy to print, sign, and file with APOC. Fields marked * are required.

1 · Who are you reporting?

The candidate, committee, lobbyist, or public official you believe broke the rules.

2 · What did they do?

Pick the kind of violation, then describe what happened. Add more counts if there's more than one.

3 · Evidence (optional)

Point to the report, filing, screenshot, or document that backs up each allegation.

4 · What should APOC do? (optional)

5 · Your information

Filing a complaint is not anonymous. APOC requires your real name and address on a sworn complaint, and you must send a copy to the person you're reporting — so they will see who filed. Your name and contact are hidden from the public listing on this site, but they are not hidden from APOC or from the respondent.

APOC requires your phone number on a complaint (2 AAC 50.870(b)(1)). It is hidden from the public listing.
